Mind and Body Hygiene<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28451 \" src=\"http:\/\/cairogyms.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brushing-teeth.jpg\" alt=\"brushing-teeth\" width=\"501\" height=\"294\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Have perfect personal hygiene and positive thinking. \u00a0Start your mornings by washing your face and teeth, it\u2019s very important, as it freshens your day. \u00a0Hence the saying, \u201cFreshen up.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4><strong>2.
